Goto Izumi tour and movie screening dates
Japanese Gypsy Cabaret, Goto Izumi’s world tour 2011, is falling into place.
The tour will consist of Izumi playing her unique and interactive show, full of costume changes, dances, acting, strange props and stranger sounds. And of course her beautiful, haunting and moving music.
Before her show, the documentary film “DREAM CIRCUS” will be screened. The film charts Izumi’s adventures on the road in 2010 and is a colourful, funny and moving portrait of a complex, joyful and sensitive human being. Both film and show are approximately 30 minutes long.
There will be several collaborations along the way with local musicians, dancers and other performers, and no two shows will be the same.
